Arca Continental S.A.B. de C.V. issued the following announcement on June 23.
Arca Continental, one of the most important Coca-Cola bottlers in the world, was selected among the 29 companies that will form the new Sustainability Index launched jointly by Standard & Poor´s Dow Jones Indices and the Mexican Stock Exchange.
The S & P / BMV Total México ESG Index aims to give greater exposure to Mexican companies and FIBRAS with best practices in environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG).

In addition to being included in the new BMV index, Arca Continental is part of the FTSE4Good of the London Stock Exchange and the FTSE4Good BIVA, of the Institutional Stock Exchange (BIVA) of Mexico.
The company is also a member of the Dow Jones Sustainability Index for Latin America (MILA), the MSCI Global Sustainability Indexes, as well as the Sustainable Index of the Mexican Stock Exchange since its creation in 2011, and has been ratified for 16 consecutive years as a Company Socially Responsible for the Mexican Center for Philanthropy.
These recognitions endorse Arca Continental's conviction to make sustainability an integral part of each of its business processes, seeking to be an agent of positive change for the communities it serves.
