PEMEX: PEMEX reports 28 expenses for improvement as of today

Pemex issued the following announcement on March 13.

Petróleos Mexicanos (PEMEX) reports that as of today, 52 beneficiaries affected by the administration of contaminated product in batch C18E881 of Heparin Sodium are cared for, expiring on January 2021 at the Villahermosa Regional Hospital. Of these, as of today, 28 patients were discharged for clinical improvement. The care provided is distributed as follows:

34 patients are treated daily on an outpatient basis without compromising their health status; among them, the 2 new discharges for improvement;

18 are still hospitalized; 16 of them in stable condition and 2 remain in intensive care receiving continuous renal replacement.

PEMEX guarantees 100% attention to the beneficiaries who require hemodialysis treatment and reiterates its commitment to protect, guarantee, respect and promote the rights of all its workers.
