Arca Continental S.A.B. de C.V. issued the following announcement on Aug. 15.
Arca Continental, one of the largest Coca-Cola bottling companies in the world, installed 16 water filters in the province of Salta together with the Social Security Project.
The project in which the Coca-Cola Company participates, and which has the coordination of the Ministries of Social Development, Education and Agribusiness of the Nation, and that of Early Childhood of Salta, will benefit more than 1000 children in the province. With this, the project has impacted more than 14 thousand children with the installation of more than 360 filter filters since 2016 in the territories where it operates in the country.
"We are very happy with the work we have done with Agua Segura because it not only implies making this vital resource accessible to the lives of so many people, particularly children, but also educates about the importance of the right to drink safe water" said Sergio Giménez, director of Arca Continental Argentina.
With these actions, Arca Continental reaffirms its commitment to the integral development of the community and continues to invest to promote the well-being of people living in the communities where it operates.
