Arca Continental S.A.B. de C.V. issued the following announcement on Aug. 7.
Arca Continental, one of the largest Coca-Cola bottlers in the world, signed an Interinstitutional Cooperation Agreement with the Ministry of Labor and the Ecuadorian Professional Training Service 'SECAP' to boost employment and entrepreneurship in young Ecuadorians.
The agreement contemplates the publication of vacancies of the company for the programs of the Ministry of Labor of My First Employment and Young Employment, as well as a strengthening in the training for the company's employees. This effort is added to those implemented by the company through the Recruitment, Selection and Training Center, which seeks to attract youth talent, training, certifying and incorporating young people into the company, contributing to the professionalization of society.
Initiatives such as this confirm the commitment of Arca Continental to promote the integral development and training of human talent, through various programs to strengthen technical knowledge and skills, as well as the promotion of young employment in all the territories where it operates.
