As part of the commitment to be closer to its customers, Banco Azteca and Banca Mifel signed an agreement to share their ATM networks, allowing users to have cash and consult your balance with debit card, without cost and in an unlimited way.
With this alliance, both financial institutions, and new business partners, make up a national network of 1,018 units.
This synergy will allow the clients of Banco Azteca and Banca Mifel to benefit from having greater coverage of ATMs and contact points, mainly in Mexico City, State of Mexico, Guadalajara, Querétaro, Monterrey, Guanajuato and Morelos, where will have a greater presence in relation to the rest of the country.
Regarding the agreement, Alejandro Valenzuela stressed that it is the result of Banco Azteca's commitment to extend its ATM network and thus grant greater facilities to customers in the provision of cash.
"Banks compete to provide better services and products to customers, we compete to differentiate ourselves, but we also seek to complement each other and today, with Mifel, we join forces to have a greater capacity to get closer to our customers."
For his part, the Director General of Banking Mifel, Daniel Becker, said: "We decided to expand the coverage of our ATM network with an alliance that allows us to grow for our customers, especially payroll. Always with the commitment to provide a financial service with a human face. "
