Pemex issued the following announcement on June 22.
The Board of Directors of Petróleos Mexicanos today named Jorge Lomelín Delgadillo as the new corporate director of Alliances and New Business, who for four months was in charge of this direction.
With an experience of 15 years in Pemex, he began his career as private secretary of the coordinator of advisors to the CEO; From 2005 to 2008 he served as coordinator of regional representations of corporate communication, where he established links with state governments and regional media.
In 2008, he joined the Corporate Management Department as technical secretary of the Human Resources and Labor Relations Subdirectorate, and from 2012 to 2015 he was Manager of Management Control in the Corporate Operations Department, where he coordinated budgets, human and material resources, as well as conducting audits.
From 2015 he joined the Corporate Management of Alliances and New Businesses as coordinator of advisers and last year he was appointed Deputy Director of Business Development of Industrial Transformation.
In charge of this direction, since last February he has helped in the integration, preparation and validation of business cases that generate added value to Pemex, its subsidiary and subsidiary production companies with the aim of achieving profitability in the various lines of deal.
Jorge Lomelín Delgadillo has a degree in Business Administration from La Salle University and a master's degree in finance from the Technological University of Sydney, Australia
