Orbia has been recognized for the second year in a row on the Women’s Choice Award 2025 lists, being acknowledged as one of the best companies for women and millennials in the United States. The recognition is attributed to Orbia's supportive work environment, industry-leading benefits, and purpose-driven culture.

The evaluation by the Women’s Choice Award considers various factors including professional development opportunities, work-life balance, employee recognition programs, health and wellness benefits, among others. The companies are assessed through a proprietary scoring process where those with top scores are featured on relevant lists. Orbia was noted alongside other industrial peers such as 3M, Sherwin-Williams, Stanley Black & Decker, and Whirlpool.

The award committee also evaluates environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives due to their connection with workplace success. Orbia is actively involved with the United Nations Global Compact; 67% of its revenues align with solutions targeting UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The company is also a board member of the UN Global Compact Mexico Chapter. Moreover, Orbia uses an ImpactMark to track progress across six sustainable performance indicators.
