After exhausting the tickets for his concert on November 17 at the National Auditorium Lunario in less than two weeks, Gastón Espinosa, better known as Lng / SHT (Longshot) announces a new date on June 29 , this time in El Plaza Condesa. Tickets will be available for general sale starting Wednesday, February 28 at 12 noon at the ticket office of the building and the Ticketmaster network at www.ticketmaster.com.mx and telephone 53-25-9000.
During the announcement of this new date in Mexico City, the rapper from Cancun, Quintana Roo, released the video of “No Account”, made in collaboration with Vans and directed by Alex “Jux” Rosales. This is the second single that is part of the BBSides, B-sided disc of LNG / SHT.
Lng / SHT is an artist who seeks to break all the schemes, not only for his lyrics but for his self-sufficient way of working and taking his music to his fans. Her lyrics cover topics such as the experiences of the middle class, pop culture, parties filled with beer, crazy ex-girlfriends, the punk-rock scene and her love for film and music. Their live performances move away from an average rap show, as it becomes a party where punk rock, hip hop and stand up comedy coexist.
After the release of their first EP “Hip Hop Para Punk Rockers”, the Lng / SHT race started to grow like foam. This EP was followed by (A) EP and the compilation LP Youth (08-13), with which it began to tour throughout the country, later, in 2015, it released the album “Les Juro Qué Sí Llego” with which He toured the whole country. During 2016, Lng / SHT was presented for the first time outside the country in memorable performances at the SXSW festival in Austin and the Ruidofest in Chicago.
Lng / SHT is already preparing to put together the party at El Plaza Condesa in what will be a show never seen before and available to all ages, where it will present some of the successes that have been part of his career in the independent music industry.
