In a post at 14:21 UTC, Banorte informed its followers about the current exchange rate available at its branches: “¡Mantente informado! Este es el #TipoDeCambio en ventanilla.” (March 31, 2026).

Later that day, at 16:00 UTC, Banorte announced a temporary closure of its physical locations for two days in early April. The bank stated: “El jueves 2 y viernes 3 de abril nuestras sucursales estarán cerradas. Realiza tus operaciones de manera sencilla desde Banorte Móvil, Banco en Línea o la Red de Corresponsales. Encuentra el más cercano https://t.co/Hd7hYsVOlX https://t.co/CRqOQj6GbO” (March 31, 2026). Customers were encouraged to use digital banking platforms or correspondent networks during this period.

Additionally, at 20:15 UTC the same day, Banorte highlighted its involvement in community activities by sharing content from a halftime event it sponsored. The bank posted: “Familias, amigos y una sola afición. Así se vivió el medio tiempo, un espectáculo creado por Banorte.” (March 31, 2026).
