Arca Continental S.A.B. de C.V. issued the following announcement on June 19.
With the aim of strengthening its presence and better serve its customers and consumers in the center and west of the country, Bokados, the snack brand of Arca Continental in Mexico, today inaugurated a new Distribution Center in Toluca, State of Mexico.
As part of the business expansion strategy, the inauguration of this center is added to similar facilities in Pachuca, Morelia and Puerto Vallarta that began operations in the first semester of 2019, generating new employment alternatives in these cities and promoting the development of the brand in the region, improving its competitive position in the national snacks market.
“With these new facilities, we reinforced Bokados’ commitment to continue growing the Arca Continental snack and food division profitably,” said Luis Arturo Escobar, Director of Bokados.
“Aligned with a solid business strategy at the global level, we continue to advance in the development of new brands and products, innovating in all operations, as well as extending our reach to more customers and consumers,” he added.
Arca Continental, one of the largest Coca-Cola bottlers in the world, competes in the snack and food business with the Bokados brands in Mexico; Wise and Deep River, in the United States, and Inalecsa in Ecuador.
