Alfa S.A.B. de C.V. issued the following announcement on Dec. 17.
ALFA SAB de CV (BMV: ALFA) (“ALFA”) announced today the payment of a cash dividend of $ 0.0051 per share, equivalent to approximately US $ 25 million. The dividend was approved by the Board of Directors on December 15, 2020 due to the favorable recovery in ALFA’s results and exercising the powers that were delegated to it at the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of the Company on February 27, 2020.
Accordingly With the resolutions adopted, the dividend will be paid as of January 5, 2021. Said payment represents a complement to the dividend paid in March 2020 for US $ 100 million.
